Free to Use: The App is completely free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or hidden payment requirements.

You agree to use Caption Crush only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Generating harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or disrupt the App's systems.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content is provided "as is" for inspiration. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of suggestions. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing content before posting.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its code, design, and original features are the property of Genzee Solutions and are protected by law. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Ad-Supported Services

Caption Crush is free to use because it is supported by advertisements. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The App displays advertisements from third-party partners (e.g., Google AdMob, Meta, AppLovin).
• These partners may collect data (e.g., Advertising ID, approximate location) to serve relevant ads.
• "Rewarded Ads" are optional interactions that provide premium features (like Regeneration) in exchange for viewing an ad.

7. Limitation of Liability

Caption Crush and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or its generated content to the fullest extent permitted by law.
