By accessing Caption Crush v6, you agree to utilize our AI tools for legitimate content creation purposes. Misuse for harassment or illegal activity will result in permanent service termination.

02. AI Output Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of the captions and content generated. We do not claim rights over your creative output.

03. Prohibited Usage

Reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, or automated spamming of our AI generation engine is strictly prohibited.

04. Liability

AI content is provided "as-is" for inspiration. We are not responsible for social media engagement levels or any consequences arising from the use of generated text.

05. Governance

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GENZEE SOLUTIONS operates.
